Powder Coating

AMPC are the powder coating specialists and have a fully conveyorised plant as well as a batch plant.

Electrical / Corrosion Insulation

AMPC offer Electrical / Corrosion Insulation service. The insulating coating powders provide electrical insulation and environmental protection.

Sand Blasting

AMPC use the sandblasting or abrasive blasting process to clean and/or etch a surface by a selected abrasive forcibly propelling against the product surface.

Capabilities

All Metals Powder Coating’s experienced tradesmen are capable of coating a variety of products made from aluminium, brass, copper, steel, galvanised steel and stainless steel in a wide variety of colours, textures and gloss levels.

AMPC’s modern, conveyorised powder coating plant has a four stage iron phosphate pre- treatment process and cure oven. AMPC can powder coat products up to 770mm wide, 1600mm high and 2700mm long. The plant is ideal for both short and long runs.

In addition, AMPC have a batch plant with capacity up to 1700mm wide, 2700mm high and 3200mm long.
