All Metals Powder Coating offers Electrical Insulation / Corrosion Insulation service. The insulating coating powders provide electrical insulation and environmental protection.
AMPC offers a process that is called fluidised bed technique where the product to be treated is heated so that a linear low density polyethylene can be applied up to 400 to 500 micron thick, (depending on the product to be treated). This provides an excellent barrier against corrosion as well as an excellent insulating media for electrical components and bus bars.
The basic principle of fluidised bed dip coating is that a film of plastic powder is made to adhere to the hot surface of an object. The plastic film is fused by the application of heat and is changed from its powdered state into a smooth coating presenting an attractive, corrosion resistant surface.
